Change the login password via the STAAH Extranet
You can watch the following video, STAAH Max V2 - How to change the login password?, and follow the steps below.
On the STAAH Extranet, go to the User icon, then go to the second option Password.
You can enter the current and new passwords and then click Save.
If you do not remember the current password
You can follow the steps below:
On the STAAH Extranet login screen, click on forgot security password.
You will be prompted to enter your property ID and your registered email id.
Once done, click GET NEW PASSWORD. You will receive a confirmation with a link in your email.

OTP validity during 2FA login to STAAH
The OTP generated during two-factor authentication (2FA) when logging into STAAH is valid for 15 minutes.
If the OTP is not received or expires, the Resend link becomes available 60 seconds after the initial OTP is generated.
