Login to the system
Click on Sell Voucher.
While adding the voucher details select the payment type from the dropdown as as ""FOC"".
Once a voucher has been issued, you will able to see it on Transaction Page by following below screenshot:

You can issue a Complementary / Free of Charge (FOC) voucher from the desktop by following the below way:
