Steps to Add a Package
Access the platform using your credentials.
Navigate to the Left Side Menu.
Once logged in, locate the main navigation panel on the left side of the screen.
From the menu options, select Packages to open the package management section.
Inside the Packages section, click the Add Package button to begin creating a new package.
Voucher Type
Accommodation: Vouchers for accommodation for e.g. One Night stay at the Studio apartment
Non-accommodation: vouchers which do not include accommodation but can include other hotel services such as the restaurant, spa.
Payment Type
Selecting FOC only means that only FOC vouchers will be issued for this package.
Choosing FOC permitted indicates that both FOC and paid vouchers can be issued for this package.
If neither option is selected, it implies that only paid vouchers will be issued for this package.
Package Name
Title of the package Package value: worth of the package
Activity Package
It allows properties to sell and manage tickets for any activity

Base Price
The base price of a voucher is the original cost before any additional fees or discounts are applied.
Sell Price
The sell price, on the other hand, is the amount for which the voucher is actually sold to the customer, which may include discounts.
Validity
Date the voucher can be used.
Sale Duration
The Dates during which the package can be sold.
Applicable Guest
The number of people the voucher includes for.
Voucher Limit
Restriction on the number of vouchers.
Hide Guests on BE
The property can hide the number of pax on the booking engine.
Voucher Availability
It shows the total number of vouchers available for sale, similar to total inventory. This option allows properties to set the number of vouchers they want to offer.
Daily voucher redemption count
Set the daily limit of vouchers you want to redeem from a specific package.
Buffer Time for Redemption
This refers to the time frame between the issuance of a voucher and the earliest date when it can be redeemed.
Package live on the booking engine
Click here to make packages live/visible on the voucher engine.
