Redemption can be done through the mobile app/desktop.
Redemption through mobile app
Download the STAAH Gift Voucher App from the App Store / Playstore.
Log in by using your credentials.
Enter 4 digit pin.
Enter the Alpha Numeric Code / Scan the QR Code on Vouchers and verify.
Redemption through the desktop
1. Type the voucher number in the Search bar OR Go to the Transactions Screen.
2. Click the Search button after you have entered the unique voucher ID.
3. The Status of the voucher will display if the voucher is redeemed / unredeemed. In case of unredeemed, the status will be Open, and on the right side (For non-accommodation vouchers), it will show as Redeem.
4. For the Accommodation option, the status will show as Open, and the property will first have to book the date of the customer’s travel and then redeem on the customer’s arrival.
