Quick Help

  • Booking.com shows as disconnected on the STAAH Channels page

    • Booking.com may appear as disconnected on the STAAH Channels page even though the channel is mapped and live. This status indicates that the property's contract with Booking.com has not yet been signed.

    • Each time the Channels page is accessed, STAAH checks the contract status with Booking.com. If the contract is still pending, the system displays a “contract sign pending” message.

    • To update the status to Connected, the property must sign the contract. If required, the contracting email can be resent using the Resend contracting email option in STAAH.
