Manage Agoda Content in STAAH

Agoda Content Management in STAAH Max V2 allows you to manage property listings directly from the Channel Manager.

Updated this week

The flow is similar to Booking.com mapping, making it intuitive for users familiar with OTA integrations.

Content Management Options

Option 1: Map to an Existing Agoda Listing

  • Go to Channels > Agoda > Units Mapped.

  • Click the Map next to the room type.

  • Select an existing Agoda room and rate plan.

  • Enter the Package Code (required for booking delivery).

  • Mapping IDs (Room ID, Board ID, Contract ID) are auto-filled.

  • Choose between Room-Based Pricing or Occupancy-Based Pricing (OBP).

  • If using OBP, enable the OBP flag in the Channel Password module.

Option 2: Manage Content for an Existing Agoda Listing

  • Click Content and Mapping.

  • Select Update Profile Details on Agoda.

  • Follow the wizard to update room descriptions, amenities, and images.

  • Upload a minimum of 3 high-resolution images (2880+ pixels).

  • Supported formats: JPG, PNG, BMP.

  • Images below 650×650 pixels will be rejected.

Option 3: Create a New Listing on Agoda

  • Click the Map next to a room type.

  • Select Create New Property on Agoda.

  • A setup wizard will launch with three sections:

    1. Property Information

    2. Room Information

    3. Rate Information

  • Complete each section and submit.

  • Agoda will send a contract link to the reservation email registered in MAX.

  • Only property login users can view and accept the contract via the Sign Contract button.

Once accepted, the listing goes live, and the contract status updates in MAX.

Rate Plan Limitations

Certain property categories (e.g., Villa, Apartment, Tent, Chalet) are restricted to only one rate plan. Attempting to create a second rate plan will result in an error. STAAH will implement validation to prevent this.

Tip

Use the content wizard to streamline updates and ensure your Agoda listing remains accurate, visually appealing, and compliant with platform standards.
