To set up the Inventory Alert Limit for a room type. You can watch the video or follow the steps below.
When you login to the STAAH extranet, go to the megamenu.
Under property settings, click on the first option, i.e room types.
Edit the room type by clicking on the room, you will find the option Inventory Alert Limit at the bottom
Set inventory alert limit. Once inventory is below this number, an alert is sent to the registered reservations email address.
The alert will indicate date, room type and current availability. Properties can then choose to update inventory as required.
