Auto Replenish Feature

Auto Replenish automatically updates your room availability in the Channel Manager when bookings are canceled or modified

To enable and use the auto replenish feature on the STAAH Extranet. You can watch the video or follow the steps below.​

  • When you login to the STAAH extranet, go to the megamenu.

  • Under property settings, click on the fourth option, i.e Auto Replenish.

  • Toggle the feature on to enable the option, as shown in the screenshot below

Note :

This feature is best suited to properties that do not have a Property Management System (PMS) integrated with the STAAH channel manager. If you have a PMS integrated with channel manager, we recommend that you do not activate Auto-replenish. It is advisable that you manage all availability solely via your PMS.

What Happens After a Cancellation or Modification?

  • Direct Booking Cancellations: If a guest cancels via the Booking Engine, you simply go to the BOOKING section in the Channel Manager and hit ‘Cancel.’ Auto Replenish returns the room to availability and updates all channels.

  • OTA Cancellations or Changes: Any changes from OTAs automatically update the Channel Manager, which then pushes the revised availability to all connected channels.
