Set Up Packages in the Booking Engine
You can watch the following video, STAAH Max V2 - Booking Engine - How to add packages on STAAH, or follow the steps below.
1. Access the Package Setup
2. Create a New Package
Click Add to start configuring a new package.
Complete the package details—name, description, rates, etc.—as needed.
3. Manage Add-Ons
Choose any add-ons to include from the optional extras
Click Next to proceed.
4. Attach Rooms and Apply Rate Modifier
Select the room types that the package will include.
Apply a rate modifier (multiplier or surcharge) as appropriate (e.g., 0.90 for 10% off, 1.10 for 10% markup).
Click Next to continue.
5. (Optional) Set Package Validity
If you need to apply date-specific rules:
Click Edit Validity.
Define bookable dates, minimum or maximum stays, day-specific rates, extra guest charges, and cancellation policies.
Click Save.
6. Enable Visibility (Publish)
To make the package bookable:
Ensure Public Access is selected (uncheck "Private Access" if needed).
Save your changes.
Confirm that the package now appears correctly on your Booking Engine.

Enable a package on the Booking Engine in STAAH Max
Log in to the STAAH Max extranet.
Go to the Booking Engine, BE Packages tab.
Select the package you want to enable.
Untick the Private Access checkbox if it is selected.
Tick the Public Access checkbox.
Click Save to apply the changes.
