You can follow the steps below.
Log in to the STAAH MAX extranet using your group login.
Go to Packages in the settings tab.
Click Add, then select Add Package Across Properties.
Choose the properties where the package should apply.
Click Next and fill in the following details:
Package Name
Advance Purchase Days
Cancellation Policy
Inclusions
Public Access (tick if the package should be bookable immediately)
Package Image
Promo Code (optional)
Add services for each property.
Select room types per property and configure pricing:
Rate Modifier (Multiplier): Use decimals (e.g.
0.90for 10% discount,1.10for 10% increase).Surcharge: Add a fixed amount (e.g.
+ $10).Fixed Room Price: Set the multiplier to
0and enter the price in the surcharge field (e.g.0 + $150).
Set Validity:
Start and end dates
Minimum nights
Additional rate modifiers if needed
Click Save to complete the setup.
