Group-level promo codes allow hotel groups to create and manage promotional offers across multiple properties from a single interface.

Set Up a Group-Level Promo Code
Log in to the STAAH MAX extranet using your Group login.
Go to the Promo from Settings.
Click Add to create a new promo code.
Fill in the required fields:
Name: Internal reference name.
Discount Label: Text shown on the Booking Engine when the promo code is applied.
Promo Code: The code guests will enter during booking.
Discount Amount/Type: Set a percentage or fixed discount. You can leave this as
0if no discount is needed.Validity (optional): Define start and end dates.
Counter (optional): Limit the number of bookings using the code.
Promo Group (optional): Organise codes into groups (e.g., Business Traveller).
Payment Option (optional): Choose between credit card or invoice collection.
Click Save to create the promo code.
Additional Features of Group-Level Promo Codes
Edit/Delete: Modify or remove promo codes as needed.
Select Packages: Choose which properties and packages the promo code applies to.
Fixed Promo Code URL: Generate a direct Booking Engine link with the promo code embedded.
Note: Group-level promo codes are indicated with a green icon in the property extranet.
