Add and use Promo Codes on STAAH
You can watch the following video, STAAH MAX V2 - Booking Engine - How to create a promo code, or follow the steps below.
In the Max extranet, go to Promo Code from the Booking Engine tab.
Click Add.
Complete the following fields:
Promo name
(Optional) Discount label (appears on booking engine)
Promo code (entered by user)
Discount value/type
(Optional) Validity dates, custom day selection
(Optional) Booking counter limit
(Optional) Payment collection preference (credit card or invoice)
Hit Save to confirm the details
Where the Promo Code Applies
Apply to all public packages: Automatically links to all visible packages.
Apply to selected packages + show public rates: Guests see both promo-discounted and regular package prices for comparison.
Apply to selected packages only (Secret Deal): Only promo-linked packages appear when the code is used.
Advanced Options
Edit or delete promo codes anytime.
View usage counter and bookings made with the code.
Create fixed-rate promo codes (recommended via Surcharge in a new package).
Generate a booking link that auto-applies the promo:
Fixed link: Applies promo code invisibly (not editable by booker)
Non-fixed link: Code field visible; Booker can remove it.
Add the promo code widget within the Booking Engine Widget after code creation.
Create promo codes at the group level, which apply across multiple properties and are marked with a special icon in the interface.
