We are happy to introduce a feature within the Booking Engine module - Status. This enhancement highlights the status of your Booking engine
Manage the Booking Engine Status
Log in to the STAAH MAX extranet.
Go to the Booking Engine section.
Click Menu, then select BE Settings.
Choose the appropriate Status from the available options.
Click Update to apply the changes.
Booking Engine Status Types
Status | Description |
Live | The Booking Engine is active and bookable. |
Setup | The Booking Engine is in setup mode. Guests see a message indicating “Site under maintenance.” This is useful for new properties configuring their setup. |
Off | The Booking Engine is inactive. Guests see a message that the Booking Engine is not active. This is ideal for temporary maintenance without removing the Booking Engine link from your website. |

Access your Booking Engine from the STAAH Max extranet
Log in to the STAAH Max extranet.
Go to the Booking Engine tab.
Click View Booking Engine to open the booking engine in a new tab.
