Booking Engine Analytics in STAAH Max provides insights into user behaviour on your booking engine.

Booking Engine Analytics

  1. Log in to the MAX extranet.

  2. Go to the Reports section.

  3. Select the date range you want to analyse.

  4. Click GO to generate the report.

Booking Funnel

The funnel is divided into four tiers:

  • Number of users who clicked Book Now and landed on the Booking Engine.

πŸ”Ή Tier 2: Active Visitors

  • Users who interacted with the engine by selecting rooms or searching for stay dates.

πŸ”Ή Tier 3: Guest Details Page

  • Users who proceeded to enter personal information like name and address.

πŸ”Ή Tier 4: Confirmed Bookings

  • Users who completed the booking process.
