The Booking Engine Alert feature allows properties to display important messages directly on the Booking Engine
Uses of the Booking Engine Alerts in SwiftBook
Displays a custom alert message on the Booking Engine.
Helps inform guests about special offers, operational changes, or important updates.
Alerts are visible during the booking process.
Add Booking Engine Alerts in SwiftBook

Log in to the STAAH MAX extranet.
Go to Booking Engine Alerts in the Booking Engine Tab.
Click Add to create a new alert.
Fill in the following fields:
Name: Internal reference name (visible in Channel Manager).
Display Name: Public-facing title shown on the Booking Engine.
Description: Detailed message guests will see.
Validity: Set start and end dates for when the alert should be visible.
Click Save to activate the alert.
Display Behavior of Booking Engine Alerts in SwiftBooks
If only one alert is active, the Display Name appears as the title.
If multiple alerts are active, the Display Name is included within the message body.
Expired alerts are automatically marked as inactive.
Note: If the entire property is sold out and they have disabled the sold-out warning popup, and for a particular time period the BE Alert is enabled, then the BE Alert will be displayed.
