To update rates and availability on STAAH. You can watch the following video, STAAH MAX V2 - How to View Your Booking List?, and follow the steps below.
When you log in to the STAAH extranet, go to the bookings tab.
In the bookings tab, the Bookings are displayed in a list view, newest in descending order. Below is a sample screenshot

Check if a booking notification was delivered to the guest or property
Go to Bookings in STAAH Max.
Search for the booking using available filters.
View the Email Status section.
Check the Delivery Status and Delivery Type (Guest or Hotel).
This feature helps confirm whether the notification was sent and to whom it was delivered.
View the history of a modified booking in STAAH Max
Go to Bookings, search for the booking using available filters.
Click View History.
This section displays all modifications made to the booking.
Change or update the Booking Engine notification email ID in STAAH Max
Log in to the STAAH Max extranet.
Go to Settings > Profile.
Click the Contact Information tab.
In the Reservation Email field, enter the email address to receive booking notifications.
To add multiple email addresses, separate them with a comma.
Click Update to save the changes.
View Cancelled Bookings STAAH Max
Log in to STAAH Max.
Go to Settings > Advanced Booking Search.
In Search By, select Booking Status.
Choose Cancelled.
Click Search.
Click View History to see when the booking was cancelled.
Click View Booking Details and enter the access key to see full details.
Repost a Booking to PMS STAAH Max
Log in to STAAH Max.
Go to the Booking Tab.
Search for the booking using the filters.
Click Repost.
Confirm the action in the pop-up and click Submit.
A confirmation message appears when the booking is reposted.
Enable Booking Notifications for OTA Bookings β STAAH Max
Log in to STAAH Max.
Go to the Channel Tab.
Select OTA, then click on the edit button
Scroll to Booking Notification Settings.
Enable the option Send Booking Notification for OTA Bookings.
Click Save to apply changes.
