The system automatically applies a STOP SELL to all room types for the check-in date based on:
A specific time (same-day check-in)
A specific day (midnight update)
This is based on the property’s time zone settings.

Apply the Close Out Time and Auto Stop Sell feature

Log in to the STAAH MAX extranet.
Go to the Mega Menu.
Select Property Policies.
Choose your preferred Close-Out Time setting:
Time-based: Applies STOP SELL for same-day check-ins at the specified time.
Day-based: Applies STOP SELL at midnight for the selected day.
Click Save to apply the changes.
Once configured, the system will automatically apply STOP SELL restrictions to the base rates for all room types.
