Features of the Booking.com Messaging
Property can now initiate messages to customers
Messages are pulled in for all bookings in one call.
Chat history visible in channel manager extranet
All bookings for each room are visible in one pop-up.
You can access the messaging feature from three modules
1. Advanced Booking Search
Go to Reservations > Advanced Booking Search.
Click the Message icon next to a Booking.com reservation.
View or send messages directly from the pop-up window.

2. Booking Level: Stay View
The Message icon is available for each Booking.com reservation.
You can initiate or respond to messages until one day after check-out.
Open a booking from the Stay View module.
Use the Message icon to interact with the guest.
