Airbnb Messaging

With the Airbnb Messaging feature, hosts using STAAH MAX can respond to Airbnb guest messages directly from the STAAH extranet.

To use Airbnb Messaging on STAAH. You can watch the video or follow the steps below.

  1. Ensure your property is subscribed to STAAH MAX and connected to Airbnb.

  2. Access the Messages icon in either the Bookings list or the StayView module. Below are the screenshots for reference.

  3. The guest must start the conversation on the Airbnb platform first. Once the initial message thread exists, you can reply from the STAAH interface.

  4. Your reply will trigger an email to the guest. Any incoming replies by email will be visible within STAAH’s messaging tool.

  5. The full messaging history remains accessible within STAAH—even after the guest checks out.
