The Expedia Content Management feature in STAAH Max allows you to manage content directly from the Channel Manager.
Manage Expedia OTA Promotions

Promotion Management Options
Option 1: Pull Existing Promotions
- Go to Channels > OTA Promotion in the MAX extranet. 
- Click Get Promotion. 
- Select the Expedia listing you want to sync. 
- Promotions created in the Expedia extranet will be pulled into STAAH Max. 
 
Option 2: Create New Promotions
- Click Add Promotion. 
- Enter the promotion name, select Expedia as the channel, and choose the promotion type. 
- Select the Channel ID and proceed to configure the promotion. 
 
Option 3: Multi-Rate Plan Setup
- After selecting the promotion type, choose multiple Room/Rate Plan combinations to apply the promotion. 
- The list of available rooms and rate plans is based on what’s mapped to the selected Expedia listing ID. 
- This allows broader coverage across different room types and pricing strategies. 
Supported Promotion Types
- Basic: Flat discount on selected rooms and rate plans. 
- Early Booker: Targets guests booking well in advance. 
- Last Minute: Attracts guests booking close to the stay date. 
- Multi-Night Discount: Offers free or discounted nights for longer stays. 
Promotion Setup Details
- Booking Dates: Define when guests must book to qualify. 
- Stay Dates: Set the eligible stay period. 
- Discount Type: - Single Discount: Applies to the total booking. 
- Daily Discount: Varies by day of the week. 
- Multi-Night Discount: Rewards longer stays. 
 
- Discount Amount: Enter a percentage value. 
- Visibility Options: Choose whether the promotion is visible to all users, mobile users, or members only. 
- Optional Settings: - Length of Stay: Set minimum and maximum nights. 
- Advance Booking Days: Define how far in advance guests must book. 
- Blackout Dates: Exclude specific dates from the promotion. 
 
Tip
Use multi-rate plan promotions to maximise exposure across different room types and guest segments, especially during high-demand periods.
