Use Airbnb Seasons Adjustment on STAAH

Log in to your STAAH MAX extranet.
From the top menu, go to Channels.
Select Airbnb.
Click Units Mapped.
Choose Season Adjustment from the options.
Set up a Season
Note: The screenshots below are only for reference.
Click Create Season to open the setup form.
Configure the following:
Airbnb Client ID (for group accounts, choose appropriately)
Season Name and a distinguishing Colour
Select the Listings to include (defaults to all mapped listings)
Define one or more date ranges
Apply promotional rules:
Seasonal Adjustment (rate modifier)
Length-of-Stay Discount
Last-Minute Discount
Early Bird Discount
NEW: Trip Length (min/max stay by day), Close to Arrival (CTA), Close to Departure (CTD)
Click Create—you’ll see a confirmation and return to the details page.
Managing Seasons
Use the Edit button to revise the season’s details—such as rules, listings, or valid dates.
Delete removes the season and syncs the removal to Airbnb.
View change history via Activity Logs, Season Adjustment.
