Airbnb Basic Discounts Covers
Basic discounts apply at the listing level and aren’t tied to specific dates (unlike seasonal discounts). Now, in addition to Weekly and Monthly discounts, STAAH supports:
Early Bird
Last Minute
Length of Stay
Non-Refundable
Use Airbnb Basic Discounts on STAAH

Set Up Discounts
Note: The screenshots below are only for your reference.
Log in to your MAX extranet and open the Airbnb Wizard.
Navigate to the Room & Rate Info tab to find the Basic Discounts section.
Hover over the tooltip icon for descriptions.
Scroll down to view all available options.
To add a discount:
Select the discount type from the dropdown (e.g., Early Bird, Length of Stay).
Airbnb defines the units (days, weeks, months) automatically—just choose the applicable value.
Enter your discount percentage.
Use the “+” button to add multiple discount types if needed.
Save your changes by clicking Next until you reach the Finish page, then wait for confirmation.
