Use Airbnb Non-Refundable Discounts on STAAH

Eligible cancellation policies and corresponding lead times
Flexible: 1–60 days
Moderate: 5–60 days
Strict: 14–60 days
Guests on Airbnb will see two rate options
Standard rate with regular cancellation terms
Discounted rate without refunds
How to Find and use Airbnb Non-Refundable Discounts
In the STAAH extranet, go to: Airbnb Wizard in the Availability and Booking Rule tab there will be an option for Cancellation Policy
Select an eligible cancellation policy—if supported, the Non-Refundable Discount field appears automatically.
Enter your discount percentage to activate. Below are the screenshots for reference
