Airbnb Basic Discount now supported to manage directly in Channel Manager. Creating one source to manage Availability, Rates, Restrictions, Content and Discounts. Option to create multiple discounts supported
Supported Discounts
Weekly - apply to reservations that are 7 days or longer. If you offer multiple length-of-stay discounts, we'll apply the discount for the longest trip length
Monthly - apply to reservations that are 28 days or longer. If you offer multiple length-of-stay discounts, we'll apply the discount for the longest trip length
Early Bird - can be applied to any reservation booked 1–36 months ahead of arrival. You can add multiple early-bird discounts (offering a bigger discount to guests who book far in advance of arrival).When an early-bird discount only applies to some nights within a reservation, it’ll be applied to those nights but not the others.
Last Minute - must be less than 28 days. You can add multiple last-minute discounts. These discounts won’t be shown to guests.When a last-minute discount only applies to some nights within a reservation, it’ll be applied to those nights but not the others.
Length of Stay - apply to the length you choose or longer. For example, weekly discounts apply to reservations that are 7 days or longer. If you offer multiple length-of-stay discounts, the longest discount will be applied.
Where do I find Airbnb Basic Discounts in Channel Manager
Navigate to Airbnb Channel Mapping
Login to extranet > Channels > click Airbnb Tile
Select 'Map' next to the required room type, then select 'SAVE & NEXT' to divert to Room & Rate Info tab
Scroll to 'Discount Rules' section
Create Discount
Select Discount Type from drop down menu. Based on selection the fields to enter will change (example, days)
Set discount amount - % supported
To create multiple discounts, click 'Add Discount'
Click SAVE & NEXT, until you are at the end of the wizard/finish page. Wait for confirmation, to ensure changes are saved and pushed to Airbnb
