Add a Custom Text Box in the STAAH MAX Booking Engine

This is useful for optional details like flight numbers, arrival times, or special requests.

The property can collect additional guest information during the booking process by adding a custom text box to the STAAH MAX Booking Engine

Use of Text Box

  • Appears after the guest clicks Book Now.

  • Allows guests to enter optional information.

  • Supports multiple fields using comma-separated labels.

Add a Custom Text Box in the STAAH MAX Booking Engine

  1. Log in to the STAAH MAX extranet.

  2. Go to BE Settings in the Booking Engine Tab.

  3. Enable the checkbox for Add customised text box on booking engine.

  4. In the Text Box Label field, enter the label(s) you want to display.

    • To add multiple fields, separate each label with a comma.
      ​Example: Airline, Flight Number, Special Requests
      ​

  5. Click Update to save your changes.

Once enabled, the text box appears on the booking form after the guest selects Book Now. Guests can choose to fill in the fields or leave them blank.
