Apply Stop Sell for Packages

This is useful during maintenance, high occupancy, or blackout periods.

The Stop Sell feature allows properties to temporarily disable bookings for specific packages on selected dates.

  • Apply Stop Sell to one or more packages.

  • Set specific date ranges.

  • Remove Stop Sell when availability resumes.

Apply Stop Sell for Packages

You can watch the following video, STAAH MAX V2 - Booking Engine - How to Stop Sell Booking Engine Packages, and follow the steps below.

  1. Go to BE Packages in the Booking Engine Tab.​

2. Click the Stop Sell icon next to the package name.

3. Select the package from the dropdown (if not already selected).

4. Choose the date range for which you want to apply Stop Sell.

5. Set Stop Sell to Yes.

6. To add multiple periods, click the + button and repeat the steps.

7. Click Save.

Remove Stop Sell

  1. Repeat steps 1–4 above.

  2. Set Stop Sell to No.

  3. Click Save.

Quick Tip: You can also apply or remove Stop Sell for a specific day by double-clicking on the calendar. A pop-up will appear, set Stop Sell to Yes or No, then click Submit.
