Similar to retrieving credit card details from a booking, an access key is required. Once the access key is entered, the credit card number will be displayed, and the CVV number can be retrieved.
• Credit card information will be available for up to 48 hours after check-out. (Tool-tip available)
• CVV number is available for up to two retrievals, with each session ID (per login) counting as one retrieval. (Tool-tip available)
Within the booking in the card details section, click on the 'eye' icon to retrieve the CVV number.
When the CVV number is accessed, the user will see a prompt showing the remaining number of retrievals.
Once the limit for retrieving the CVV number is reached, a message will be displayed to the user.
