We will be able to fetch all the reviews from Google, regardless of the date or number. Properties will be able to see all their property reviews from Google and take actions in real time (such as replying to the feedback and deleting the feedback).

Step 1: Log in to the property’s ReviewMinder account and click on the Google Advance button. Refer to the highlighted area in the screenshot below.

Step 2: Click the Sign up button. The screenshot below is for reference.

Step 3: You need to select the property's Google Business account to link with our system.

Step 4: To fetch the details from Google, you need to give the necessary access by clicking on the Continue button. View the following two screenshots for reference.

Step 5: After linking the Google business account, you will be redirected to our ReviewMinder system. There, choose the property from the drop-down menu and click Map to link your Google property with the logged-in property. See the screenshot below for the same.

Step 6: The reviews will appear in the feedback portal after the property mapping is done. The screenshot below is for reference.

Step 7: Properties can also respond to Google reviews, and this will happen in real time.
