Min/ Max Stay on Arrival: The restriction applies to reservations checking in on the day of arrival.
Min/ Max Stay Through: The restriction applies to reservations that are booked across the days.
Example:
Min stay restriction is set at 3 for 15 December. A guest wants to book 2 nights, arriving on 14 December.
If the restriction is based on arrival, the guest can proceed to book as the condition is only applicable for guests checking in on 15 December.
If the restriction is based ona through, the guest cannot book. As the stay date includes 15 December, the restriction will apply.
To update the Minimum and Maximum Stay on Arrival & Minimum and Maximum Stay Through on STAAH. You can watch the video or follow the steps below.
From the Availability and Rate tab.
Go to Min Stay Arrival/Max Stay Arrival from the rules tab. Below is the screenshot for your reference.
A row of boxes will appear below the rates
Value in the field is the value set for Min Stay Arrival/Max Stay Arrival. This field is editable.
Enter a value and click Update.
