The Event Calendar is a calendar under the Setup/Settings tab. This gives you the ability to mark a specific date as an event. This acts as a reminder to your property to check that rates and restrictions are in place for this event.
Add a new event to the STAAH Extranet calendar

When you log in to the STAAH extranet, go to the megamenu.
Under Tools, click on the fourth option, i.e, Event Calendar.
Click on the date you want to mark.
Enter event details in the pop-up. You can add multiple events.
Public Holiday Indicator
Want to highlight a date as a public holiday? Just check the “Public Holiday” box when adding an event.
If enabled, the flag appears green; otherwise, it’s orange.
How the event will display in the Calendar
Dates show in different colours based on availability status. Below is a sample screenshot:
Grey — Event marked
Green — Rooms available
Red — No availability
