You can personalise the booking experience by adding a thank you message to the booking confirmation page and email booking notifications.

Add a Thank You Header and Footer Message

You can follow the steps below;

  1. Go to the Booking Engine section in the STAAH MAX extranet.

  2. Click Menu, then select BE Settings.

  3. Locate the fields for Thank You Header and Thank You Footer.

  4. Enter your custom message in each field.

  5. Click Update to save your changes.

Your custom message will now appear on both the booking confirmation page and email notifications. If no message is added, the system will display the default thank you message.
