The Secure Pay feature in STAAH MAX V2 allows properties to collect payments for bookings and other services through a secure, customisable payment link.
The payment link is emailed directly to the payer.
All payment details are pre-filled for convenience.
The payer completes the form and submits payment securely.
Properties can also copy the link and send it manually.
Payments are tracked in the Secure Pay module, showing date, amount, status, and gateway used.
Use the access key to view payer contact details.
You can resend pending payment emails or regenerate links.
Steps to generate a secure pay link
Go to Booking Engine > Secure Pay in the MAX extranet.
Click on the Add sign and select the Payment form link.
Enter the reference number for the payment.
Add the purpose of payment (e.g., booking, airport transfer).
Fill in the payer’s name and email address.
Choose the currency and enter the amount.
Add a payment message if needed (included in the email).
Click Submit to generate and send the payment link.
