Steps to apply
Located within the tools menu under Clone Rates & Restrictions
Select data you want to clone - Rates, Restrictions or Both
Select Source - the channel which you want to copy data from
Select Target - the channel you want to apply data to
Enter date range (optional) - alternatively, leave blank to copy and apply data for the full availability window
On the left, you will see a list of Room types/rate plans from the source channel.
On the right, through the drop-down box is a list of all room types/rate plans from the target channel
Select Room type/rate plan from drop down menu
Clone - on select system will clone data from 'source channel room type/rate plan' to 'target channel room type/rate plan'.
Additional information:
Manual rates only - Only manually configured rates can be cloned. It does not work with dynamic rates.
Manual restrictions only - Only manually configured restrictions can be cloned.
Source occupancy greater than target - Where the source (from) has more occupancies than the target (to), the system will apply rates according to the matching occupancies available in the target.
Source occupancy less than target - Where the source has fewer occupancies than the target, rates will be applied up to the last available matching occupancy. The rate at that last occupancy will then be applied to all remaining higher occupancies in the target.
Dynamic source rate vs manual target rate - If the source rate is dynamic and the target rate is manual, the dynamic rate from the source will override the manual rate on the target.
Auto linking - Selecting a rate plan for one room type will automatically select the same rate plan across all other room types
