How to Set Up

Feature: Payout Reconciliation
📌 Overview
Payout Reconciliation lets properties generate and download a detailed financial report for their Booking.com reservations directly from the mapping page — covering reservation details, taxes and fees, commission amounts, and payment/payout status — so they can cross-check their own records against what Booking.com has calculated, without leaving the channel manager.
How to Use
Click the icon to open Payout Reconciliation.
Set your search criteria — choose the date range and other details as required to generate the report.
Download when ready — report generation takes a short while; once the status shows Ready, download it straight away.

Flag: Disable sending unmapped-reservation notifications to reservation recipients
📌 Overview
By default, unmapped-reservation notifications are delivered to the registered reservation email address. If the property prefers these notifications to be delivered to the email recipients set up in CC instead, they can enable this flag. Once enabled, these notifications will only be delivered to recipients set up in CC.
This flag is only visible if an email address has been set up in the CC field.

Function: Import Restrictions
📌 Overview
In addition to the existing bulk import options for inventory and rates, properties can now bulk import restrictions as well — starting with Minimum Stay. This allows properties to upload a file to apply Min Stay restrictions in bulk across their rate plans and dates, rather than updating them manually one at a time.
To Enable Feature
Navigate to the mega menu > Permissions > General Permissions > Import Restrictions
Module: GROUP Promo Code
New Feature: Bulk Promo Code
📌 Overview
This feature allows a group to create promo codes in bulk for multiple properties. If the group needs multiple promo codes for a single promotion, all they need to do is enter the number of codes required, and the system will generate them automatically — instead of creating each code manually one by one. The process is similar to generate bulk codes at property level.
How it works
Create promo code as usual
Enable 'Bulk Promo Code'
Save (On saving, it will divert to the next page to configure requirements)
Select type - Per property or Pre group
Add prefix - Add a custom prefix to the auto-generated codes. The will help to easily identify the promotion just by looking at the code.
Enter Value (Max 500)
Choose usage type - specify either Single Use or set a counter. This is optional
Select properties, discount, packages, cancellation policy
Once codes are created, you will see option to download codes or view/ manage codes
You can also view from the Promo Code details page
