What is included in the Access Evo App
Feed: A personalised feed of all updates all in one place. Receive updates on bookings, guest messages and announcements
Copilot: The AI assistant that helps you find the answers and put them to use without waiting. It can handle all queries relating to channel manager, booking engine and more
Products: The tab to access your Channel manager extranet, and any other Access products part of your subscription
Login process
Download the 'Access Evo' App from 'Apple App Store' or 'Google Playstore'
Open the Access Evo App
Select Region > Sign in
To log in, use your Evo credentials you would use to log into the Desktop version.
On success you are prompted to create a 6-digit pin. Remember pin, as this is how you will continue to access the App.
Allow Notifications - and proceed to App
App Navigation on login, your default screen is the Feeds menu
Feeds: View all announcements, click
Co-pilot: Your AI assistant
Products: Select to view and navigate to your Access products (i.e Channel Manager)
Navigating Channel Manager
From the Products menu, select Staah Max - the channel manager will open in a new tab in your browser

Channel Manager display
The menu tab is located in the top left corner, next to the property name. Easily access all modules within the channel manager
Top right hand corner (bell notification), to view all Feeds. Click to display, click again to hide
COMMONLY ACCESSED MODULES - On The Go! all modules are available within the App
Managing Availability, Rates & Restrictions Module The 4 icons located at the top of this module - Search, Export Data (Base Rates only), Refresh & Bulk Update
Select either Availability or Rates & Restrictions
Select Room types to display > Search
Rooms are stacked vertically, scroll down to view each one and applicable data.
To make changes or a booking - select 'From' & 'To' date > Update > enter changes > SAVE
Bookings module The same settings you see on desktop are available, starting from left to right
Columns selection - choose what columns to display in bookings module
View display - choose either List view or Calendar view
New Booking - create a booking directly in Channel Manager (CRS)
Virtual Card Management
Access Key - to access guest and other information
Export - based on current filter selection, allow pop-up to view export

Enter search filter criteria & search to display bookings
Click booking to open and view information OR
Choose option from action menu
Additional Information
The version for Mobile does not contain the ability to perform Administration tasks. If you are an Administrator and wish to perform specific tasks, log into the Desktop version of the app.

If you forget your pin, return to the app login page > reset and follow prompts
