Use the STAAH MAX mobile app to manage your property on the go

It’s designed for convenience, allowing you to update STAAH from your mobile device.

The STAAH MAX mobile app gives you the flexibility to manage your property from anywhere.

Uses of the STAAH MAX mobile app

  • Manage rooms:
    Update availability, rates, and restrictions for selected room types and dates.

    • Use Book to create a reservation.

    • Use Manage to update data per day.

    • Use Bulk Update to apply changes for up to 30 days.

  • Stay View:
    View bookings in a calendar format by room type and date.

  • Reservations:
    Access a list of all bookings with an Advanced Search option.

  • Menu options:

    • Change PIN

    • Change password

    • Log out

    • Access group properties (if applicable)

Steps to access the mobile app

  1. Download the app from the App Store or Google Play:

    • App Store

    • Google Play

  2. Log in using your MAX extranet credentials.

  3. Create a 4-digit PIN for future logins.

Note: If multiple users need to log in to the mobile app, they cannot share the same username. Each user will need a separate user account, as the mobile app requires individual login credentials for each user.
