    • From" is the total inventory across all rooms, based on the total inventory set in room type setup

    • Each inventory tier will have a name, with the default being T1 for the first block. Every new block created will automatically increment the tier name, for example: T1, T2, T3 and so on. The tier name can be customised by simply editing the name.

    • Set a rate for each inventory tier and season. This rate will apply (before formula calculation) once inventory is within that tier's threshold for the selected season

    • NEXT to divert to Formula

    • Note: Special tier that can be used to add a special rate overriding the existing yielding setup. You can add the name of the tier and also set from which existing tier the rates have to be derived from if none keep it on the select option

  • 4. Formula - set formula calculation for each season and room type. Season and Inventory tier rate will apply to Master, you can then set a formula where the Master and child rooms will calculate from Master.

    • Set formula for Master Room (optional), this will calculate from the Master/Season rate

    • Add formula for All Child Room types, which derives from the Master room.

    • Calculation is Master room rate fixed value (+/-) percentage (x) * fixed value (+/-) Properties can apply a formula for weekdays and weekends.

    • Weekday and Weekend formula setting supported, which gives more flexibility to high demand days of the week. Weekend days are based on days marked as Weekend in “Weekend Marker” setup (via Property Profile > About Us)

    • Continue to set for each season. Change season using the season drop down menu (above weekend)
