View Update Logs

Update Log displays all the changes related to Availability, Rates, and Restrictions made by users for a particular Stay Date.

View update logs on STAAH

You can watch the following video, STAAH Max V2 - How to view Update Logs?, and follow the steps below.

  1. From the Availability and Rate tab.

  2. From the Rules drop down, select Logs.

  3. Select the dates for which the logs are required.

  4. Click on the “file” icon below the inventory/rates for each room type to view details. Below is the screenshot for your reference.

Reading the Logs

  • The log heading displays the date and room & rate plan for which the update logs are displayed.

  • You can find the history of changes done (rates, inventory, restriction) and the source.

Sources

  • PMS updates – if using the PMS interface

  • System updates – upon receiving confirmed/canceled booking

  • User updates – username and module will be shown in the log. Below is an example screenshot.
