To view OTA/Channel update Log on STAAH. You can watch the video or follow the steps below.
From the channel tab.
Within the channel box, select Logs. Below is the screenshot for your reference.
βSelect the dates for which the logs are required.
Click on Search.
Information about the last update pushed is displayed - last ARI pushed, status, module and user. Below is the screenshot for your reference.
βThe Detailed history will show all dates when updates were done for the particular check- in date for the selected channel and selected room type/rate plan. To see the full XML log, click on the file icon. Below is the screenshot for your reference.

Quick Help:
Check the channel update failed list in STAAH Max
Log in to the STAAH Max extranet.
Go to Setup > Logs.
Set the date range.
Select the channel and room type.
Click Search.
Review the Failed Date and Error Message.
Perform the necessary updates.
Click Sync to resync with the channel.
