Search Channel | Quickly find specific channels. |
Units Mapped | View which room type or rate plans are mapped to each channel. Also, check the mapping formulas assigned for each rate plan. |
Manage Rates | Click to go straight to the Availability Calendar and adjust rates. |
Bookings | See all reservations received through each channel. |
OTA Promotion | Manage OTA-specific promotions (if available). |
Reviews | Handle OTA reviews for supported channels. |
Logs | Access a log of channel activity and sync history. |
Channel List | View all currently connected channels. |
You can access the Channels tab from two places in the MAX extranet navigation. Below is the screenshot for your reference.
Navigate to the Channels tab (found in two locations).
Use Search to locate a channel.
View or adjust Units Mapped.
Click Manage Rates to open the calendar.
Check Bookings, Promotions, Reviews, or Logs as needed.
Find all connected channels at one glance.
