It supports TripConnect CPC (Cost Per Click), enabling bookings either through your own booking engine or directly via TripAdvisor.
Set up process of TripAdvisor V8 Integration
Log in to STAAH Extranet
Navigate to Meta Partner from the Swiftbook Option inside Channels.
Enable TripAdvisor Integration
Click on Meta Partner.
Select Meta Configuration.
Enable the TripAdvisor Toggle.
Follow the Setup Wizard
A short wizard will guide you through the configuration steps.
Configuration Steps
Step 1: Taxes
All taxes configured in the extranet will be displayed.
Click Next to continue.
Step 2: Mapping Information
TripAdvisor Property ID: Enter your TripAdvisor ID.
Platform Selection:
TripConnect CPC: Integrates with STAAH booking engine. You pay per click, and bookings are made via your own engine.For more information, go to https://www.tripadvisor.com/TripConnect
Accepted Card Types: Select the card types supported at your property.
Check in/Check out Policy: Enter your property’s policies.
Payment Policy: Enter your property’s policies.
Other Policies: Include booking, child, and pet policies.
Smoking Policy: Specify if smoking is allowed.
Additional Information
TripAdvisor supports a single currency only — STAAH will pass your property’s base currency.
Multi-OTA listing IDs are not supported in this integration.
