Travel Agent & Corporate Travel (TACT) module in STAAH MAX

It supports agent-specific promo codes, booking tracking, and access-controlled portals for agents.

The Travel Agent & Corporate Travel (TACT) module in STAAH MAX V2 allows properties to manage travel agent relationships and corporate bookings efficiently.

Add a Travel Agent & Corporate Travel (TACT) module in STAAH MAX in STAAH MAX Booking Engine

You can watch the following video STAAH MAX V2 - TACT - How to add a Travel Agent and follow the steps below.

  1. Go to Booking Engine > Travel Agent & Corporate Travel.

  2. Click Travel Agents to open the module.

  3. If a promo code exists, select it; otherwise, click Create TA code.

  4. Alternatively, create a TA code via Corporate/Promo > Add > Travel Agent Code.

  5. Fill in the required details and click Save.

  6. Go back to the Travel Agents module and click Add Travel Agent.

  7. Enter the agent’s email. If it exists, details will auto-fill; otherwise, complete the form manually.

  8. Link the TA profile to an existing package or create a new one.


For a Travel Agent to use the portal

  • Travel agents receive a unique login to the Travel Agent Portal:

    The Travel agent can login using the below URL:
    https://staahmax.staah.net/ta/index.php/login/ODMz

  • After logging in, agents can:

    • View and manage their bookings.

    • Search by guest name, booking ID, or travel dates.

    • Access booking history and filter by status.

  • Bookings made via the portal are tracked and visible in the booking reports.

  • If a promo code is invalid or expired, the system will notify the agent.

  • Agents can reset their password using the Forgot Password option.


Creating additional users

This feature is available to the property and the main/master Travel Agent user

Property level:

  • Click on Travel Agent Module.

  • Click on Action.

  • Click on Add User.

All sub users will be visible in the property extranet

Travel Agent level:

  • Login to Travel Agent Booking engine (via Master access)

  • User icon (top right-hand corner next to Bookings)

  • Profile

  • Add user

​Bookings:

Bookings both Travel Agent (master) and the property can identify bookings made by individual users

Property: View from the bookings module - Point of sale will include the Travel Agent code and user. Also available in booking export

Travel Agent: View from the bookings tab, each booking outlines the user. Option to search bookings based on user available

Additional information:

  • Travel Agent Booking engine excludes banner

  • If no payment is needed at the time of booking, set up a pay-later package for these Travel Agents

  • View past and future bookings upto one year from current date

  • Cancel booking option available
