Central Reservation System

It enables direct reservations within the extranet, helping streamline booking operations and reduce dependency on external channels.

Updated this week

The Central Reservation System (CRS) in STAAH MAX V2 allows properties to encourage direct reservations within the extranet.

  • CRS allows you to manage room-level data and make direct bookings.

  • When a booking is created, availability is reduced based on the number of units booked.

  • You can select packages, cancellation policies, and enter guest details, including contact information.

  • Payment options are based on the package setup.

  • If card collection is enabled, a secure link is emailed to the guest.

  • Bookings remain Pending until card details are received.

  • If no payment is received before expiry, the booking is cancelled and availability is restored.
