STAAH Max allows properties to modify the total booking value directly within the CRS interface.

Steps to edit the total booking value in a CRS booking
Go to the MAX extranet and click the Bookings tab.
Click the New Booking Tab.
Begin creating a new booking by selecting the Check-in and Check-out dates.
Choose the Room Type and click Book.
In the booking form, locate the Amount field.
You will see three editable fields:
Base Rate
Taxes/Fees
Total Booking Amount
Enter the desired value in the Total Booking Amount field.
The system will automatically adjust the base rate and taxes if needed.
Complete the rest of the booking form with guest details and payment options.
Submit the booking.
