The Add Service feature in STAAH Max CRS allows properties to include additional services, such as airport transfers or meals, to existing direct bookings.
Steps to Add a Service
From the MAX extranet, go to the Bookings Tab.
Select the booking to which you want to add a service.
Click the Add service button.
βIn the pop-up window:
Choose whether to send an email to the guest confirming the added service.
You can disable this email if preferred.
If your property has Payment Gateway integration, use Guest Pay to generate payment for the added service.
Once submitted:

Available for bookings made via the MAX Booking engine and CRS.
The service amount is added to the total booking value.
An email is sent to the booker confirming the additional service charges. Option to disable email to the guest when creating a service.
Properties with Payment gateway integration can use Guest Pay to generate payment for added services.
Booking status is modified when a service is added.
Properties with a PMS connection will receive the new total and added services.
Service history is available in the Advanced Booking search module and Stayview.
