Properties can mark a booking as a ”No Show” directly in STAAH.

Steps to mark a booking as a No Show/Invalid card
Go to the MAX extranet and click the Bookings tab.
Post check in, mark the no show option available
Mark's no-show option is available up to 48 hours post check in
Click on Mark No-Show
Pop up box will appear
Select applicable option > Submit
The status in the booking.com extranet will show as No-show
If reported as Charge No-show, you will see a commission value in the booking via the booking.com extranet

You will need to go to other OTAs for no show. Booking.com has allowed STAAH to manage this feature, but all other Channels need to be changed through their Channel Extranet.
