Mark a booking as a No Show/Invalid card

This can be done for all Booking.com reservations, after the check in date.

Properties can mark a booking as a ”No Show” directly in STAAH.

Key Features

  1. Option to cancel booking if credit card is invalid (Conditions apply)

  2. Mark No-Show and confirm fees waived

  3. Mark No-Show and confirm charged

  4. Mark No-Show and credit card invalid

Steps to ​mark a booking as a No Show/Invalid card

  1. Go to the MAX extranet and click the Bookings tab.

  2. Post check in, mark the no show option available

  3. Mark's no-show option is available up to 48 hours post check in

  4. Click on Mark No-Show

  5. Pop up box will appear

  6. Select applicable option > Submit

  7. The status in the booking.com extranet will show as No-show

  8. If reported as Charge No-show, you will see a commission value in the booking via the booking.com extranet

You will need to go to other OTAs for no show. Booking.com has allowed STAAH to manage this feature, but all other Channels need to be changed through their Channel Extranet.
