1. Access the Package Setup
Log in to your MAX extranet.
Navigate to BE Packages from the Booking Engine tab.
2. Create a New Package
Click Add to start configuring a new package.
Complete the package details—name, description, rates, etc.—as needed.
3. Manage Add-Ons
Choose any add-ons to include from the optional extras
Click Next to proceed.
4. Attach Rooms and Apply Rate Modifier
Select the room types that the package will include.
Enter the rate modifier multiplier as 0
Enter the Fixed price in the in the surcharge box
Enter the Extra Guest charges for the extra guest Icon
Click Next to continue.
5. (Optional) Set Package Validity
If you need to apply date-specific rules:
Click Edit Validity.
Define bookable dates, minimum or maximum stays, day-specific rates, extra guest charges, and cancellation policies.
Click Save.
6. Enable Visibility (Publish)
To make the package bookable:
Ensure Public Access is selected (uncheck "Private Access" if needed).
Save your changes.
Confirm that the package now appears correctly on your Booking Engine.
