Impersonation Overview: This gives access to your Evo account without sharing your login details, so our team can review and support your configuration or queries raised. Impersonaters won't be able to change your account settings and you can revoke permission at any time by deleting them from the list below or disabling impersonation entirely.

Granting Impersonation Access: Follow these steps to grant impersonation rights to a STAAH team member:
Navigate to Impersonations
Login to extranet
Select User Account (top right hand corner)
Click My Account > Impersonations (this will open in a new tab)
Enable toggle 'Impersonation is enabled'
Enter the email address of the team member who requires access
In the 'Expires After' dropdown, select the appropriate access duration
ADD - this will trigger an email to STAAH team member with access
All users who have been provided with Impersonation Access will be listed
Revoking Impersonation Access: This can be done at anytime
Login to extranet
Select User Account (top right hand corner)
Click My Account > Impersonations (this will open in a new tab)
Click the X next to the user's name to revoke access
Click Delete to confirm
