Access Evo - Create access to your property

Create access to others within your organisation (members) or provide limited access to users outside your organisation (impersonation)

Written by Rilind Maben

Evo offers two types of user access - Members and Impersonations: giving you greater flexibility and control over what data is accessed and how.

Members: Create logins for staff within your organization or property (e.g. new reservations team members) and assign them specific permissions/access across the system based on their role.

Impersonation: lets you set up temporary, separate credentials for someone (e.g. support or another staff member) that mirror your own access level - so they can log in independently under their own credentials while operating with the same permissions as you, without sharing your personal login.
