Import Data Overview: The import feature applies to three areas: room type setup, rates, and inventory. Simply load your data into the Excel template and import it directly into the channel manager
What Data can be imported
Importing Rates (not applicable for properties that have Dynamic Rates/Revenue Management enabled or manage rates via PMS).

Where do I find this tool By default Import Room type setup is available for all properties. Import Inventory & Rates is permission based and can be enabled. To enable, this feature
Navigate to General Permissions
Login to extranet > Settings > Permissions > General Permissions
Simply enable toggle for the feature you want to use
Import Data now that you have the feature enabled, you can now download the data template & add data
Navigate to Settings > Tools > select Import Feature
Each feature has a template that you can easily download and pre-fill data into. This will ensure that your data is imported correctly

Each import file has its own pre-requisites
Room type setup import is visible to Admin user only
